Welcome! You can use this website to buy and manage your domains. Simply follow the steps below - we have made every effort to make your domain name purchase as feature rich and as easy as possible.

To purchase domains online

Search

Please enter your desired name in the search box supplied (without the 'www.'). Once you click 'Go,' your name will automatically be searched for both the available and unavailable .com .net .org .co.uk and .org.uk domains. Only one name may be searched at a time.

Search results

This page displays the results of your search and shows which domains are available and which domains have already been registered. To add a domain to your shopping basket, click the check box next to the domain. Once you have selected all the domains you desire, click on the 'add selected items to my basket' button at the bottom of the page. If you have not logged in already, you will be prompted to do so at this point.

If your desired domain name has already been registered, you may click on 'find owner' to see whom the domain is registered too.

Login / Create a new account

You will need an account in order to purchase a domain through NetBenefit.

If you are new to NetBenefit and do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one during the purchase process.

If you have an account but have forgotten your login details, please enter your e-mail address in the field provided and we will e-mail your login information to you. Please note that (for security purposes) the e-mail address you supply here must match the e-mail address that you originally supplied when opening your account.

Shopping basket

This page displays the domain(s) that you have added to your shopping basket – along with a description, price and legal owner information. Please click on the 'legal owner info' link to check the domain's legal owner details are correct. Any change to the legal owner information after your purchase has been submitted will cost £49 + VAT.

If you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the 'go to checkout' link at the bottom of the page. You may search for another domain at any time.

Secure checkout

Simply enter your payment details and click on 'process payment.' You payment will be processed online within a few seconds. You will then be presented with a page that will display all the information that you require to use your domain.

Confirmation page

This page will confirm that your purchase has been processed successfully and will give you details on how to manage your new domain(s). For each domain that you purchase, you will receive (via e-mail) a username and password. These will enable you to manage your domain with your personal online domain control panel.

To access your domain control panel simply visit https://control.netbenefit.com and login. Here you can configure your web forwarding or easily set-up a one page website using our design wizard.

To order a domain package online

Please note that packages may contain only one domain. Additional domains may be purchased separately.

Step 1

Step 2

Select the domain you desire by clicking on the check box next to the domain.

Step 3

Under the 'Packages' header, select your desired package from the drop-down menu and check your preferred payment option. Clicking 'Order' will send your order to one of our sales advisors who will contact you to finalise your purchase.

To view the 'my account' section

The 'my account' feature enables you to login (using your username and password) and view the details of all the products that you have purchased from NetBenefit.

If you would like to change your account details then just click on the change account details link.
